WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.
IS THERE INTERNET ON LOCATION?
Yes, there is high-speed internet provided which works both in indoor & outdoor spaces
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the property.
IS THE PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN?
The property is not ideal for small children due to high walls around the property. The property is suitable for children who are at least 6 years old.
IS THE PROPERTY OPEN FOR PARTIES / EVENTS?
Unfortunately, parties or events are not allowed at the property. For what regards fashion / advertisement shootings please contact us.
CAN I BRING EXTRA GUESTS?
Since we are keen to provide a high standard of service to our guests, the maximum number of guests has to be 6, so that each guests can be comfortably hosted. Thus, under no exception we cannot allow to have more than 6 guests at Trullo Vistamare.
ARE THERE QUIET HOURS AT THE PROPERTY?
Yes, in order to respect our neighborhood, we request quiet hours between midnight and 7 am.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
Yes, a tourist tax and a security deposit are required. All utilities are included in the rental price.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PROPERTY?
The property features fully equipped kitchens, wine coolers, Japanese toilets, refrigerators with ice makers, washing machine & dryer, TV sets, and drinkable water from the local water system.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY?
Smoking within the house is not allowed. Only outdoors. Additionally, candles are also not permitted for safety reasons.
HOW IS SECURITY MANAGED AT THE PROPERTY?
The property is equipped with security cameras, which can be switched off during your stay, and an alarm system, for which codes will be provided.

WHAT IS THE BOOKING POLICY?
You are required to send an upfront payment of 25% of the stay’s fares upon booking, then
You are required to send the rest of the stay’s fares (75%) within 30 days from your arrival
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you book your stay directly through the website, the cancellation policy applied is the following:
If you cancel your booking prior to 30 days before your arrival, you will get the 25% upfront payment back
If you cancel your booking within 30 days before your arrival, we shall keep the 25% upfront payment - as compensation.
